About Us Our clinic is located in the historic region of the Columbia City neighborhood in Seattle. We provide medical services in Primary Care/Naturopathic Medicine to the surrounding community. Our focus is on treating and preventing acute and chronic illnesses, optimizing health, and improving overall quality of life. We focus on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our patients and the effects on health. It is our goal to provide safe, effective treatments catered to each individual. We provide our patients with education and tools to help make changes which lead to improvements in their overall health. We believe it is important to establish a strong practitioner/patient relationship that allows for open communication, support, and learning on both ends. During the first office visit a detailed review of health history and current problems are covered. Through diagnostic procedures, labs, etc, each patient is provided with a treatment that works for them individually. Some of these treatments include nutrition, life-style changes, physical medicine, herbal remedies, supplements, homeopathy, and pharmaceuticals. The first office visit: You may find that a Naturopathic visit is very different from those you have experienced in other medical settings given that our visits are often longer and more focused. We spend an average of 1.5 hours during our first office visit with each patient and more or less depending on the complexity of each case. During this visit, we take time to understand the history of each patient’s complaint as well as other significant medical history. We also like to get a detailed view of our patient’s lifestyle and habits.
